Product and Product Marketing Manager
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
- Enable sales by providing technical support to sales team when explaining products/solutions to customers
- Provide technical demos to prospective customers
- Lead technical due diligence sessions with prospective customers
- Manage the technical and business aspects of potential evaluations
- Produce RFPs or other customized technical content for large accounts and partners, as necessary, to help win deals
- Work at the interface of high caliber sales and engineering teams
- Provide customer feedback to engineering team to reflect into the product roadmap
Post-Sales Responsibilities:
- Be the first contact after Sales turns over an account to be activated with new Dasient services
- Manage the technical and business aspects of the service activation (collecting customer information, etc.)
- Act as a single point of contact for all technical issues relating to deployment or ongoing operation
- Act as the ongoing account manager for major customers to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, liaising with other Dasient departments as required
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar sales engineering or technical account manager role a must
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Able to interface with senior executives on both the technical and business side
- Customer-focused, can-do attitude
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills-- works well in cross-functional teams

Product and Product Marketing Manager
The Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the success of Dasient’s products in the marketplace. This candidate will determine and drive a go-to-market strategy that will enable Dasient to have successful product launches and enter the market as a product leader. This role has ownership over the overall product definition, messaging, positioning, and vision of our products.
PM Responsibilities:
- Help define products and features after gathering requirements
- Work with a brilliant engineering team for iterative/milestone-driven development of products and features
PMM Responsibilities:
- Creating and owning strategic marketing platform, including target market definition, messaging, competitive positioning, packaging, and pricing for Dasient products
- Developing, planning, and executing marketing programs and campaigns aimed at raising awareness of Dasient’s security products in the market. Programs will be customer-facing, partner-facing, and community-facing.
- Creating and distributing of product-centric content into the market utilizing a variety of content streams: video, writing, website, blogs, podcasts, social media etc.
- Developing sales support materials (company/product presentations, sales scripts, demos, “cheat sheets,” etc.)
- Delivering product expertise, crafting real world solutions, writing local collateral to reach customers with a consistent and relevant message
- Develop the sales strategy for products and solutions. Analyze the sales cycle and channel mix for products and formulate ideas and approaches to optimize the selling process
- Support the closing of flagship deals through product presentations and demonstrations to customers (tradeshows, road shows, customer briefings)
- Recruit and manage beta customers when relevant and needed
- Develop relationships with a few flagship customers; turn these customers into references
- Develop and manage relationships with key analysts and members of the press
- Act as a product subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:

- Ability to write clearly and briefly, to explain technical concepts and translate technology features into business benefits

As a malware analysis automation engineer, you will build large, scalable distributed systems that will identify and automatically quarantine web-based malware attacks across the Internet. You will focus on enhancing the malware detection portion of our systems. In addition to deep software development, you will help publish innovative security research via blog posts, research papers, and white papers. Interaction with the press/media may also be required.

As a software engineer, you will build large, scalable distributed systems that will identify and automatically quarantine web-based malware attacks across the Internet. You will focus on distributed systems development.
