Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
- Operate as an individual contributor - close sales and carry an individual revenue goal (can make 40-50 outbound calls each day if necessary)
- Build pipeline of potential customers leveraging marketing/lead generation, and by using networks or prospecting
- Develop and refine inside sales process (source, qualify, contact, and close leads)
- Manage an inside sales team to deliver quarterly revenue results that meet or exceed targets
- Hire, train, motivate and manage inside sales reps
- Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com) to track status of leads, forecast sales goals and report progress to management team
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as an inside sales rep and manager
- Experience working in security or infrastructure software/managed services required
- Experience selling SaaS services a strong plus
- Experience working in an early stage start-up a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Have demonstrated the ability to manage teams, have built a high-performing sales team in the past
- Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing market conditions/feedback, can think creatively about how to sell and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Can synthesize market feedback to provide input to other internal teams
- Good attitude: is always positive, persistent, and proactive
Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing programs and campaigns aimed at raising awareness of Dasient's security products in the market. Programs will be customer-facing, partner-facing, and community-facing
- Execute lead generation programs (including email marketing/white papers, webinars, trade shows, etc.) to generate large volume of leads for sales team to contact
- Manage PR efforts (obtain and conduct briefings with influential journalists, analysts, and bloggers)
- Create and distribute product-centric and customer-centric content into the market utilizing a variety of content streams: video, writing, website, blogs, podcasts, social media etc.
- Support the closing of flagship deals through product presentations and demonstrations to customers (tradeshows, road shows, customer briefings, webinars)
- Recruit and manage customers when relevant and needed
- Develop relationships with a few flagship customers; turn these customers into references
- Act as a product subject matter expert to internal and external technology stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience launching lead gen programs that have created hundreds of thousands of leads for inside sales team
- Self-starter with the preference for working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to write clearly and briefly, to explain technical concepts and translate technology features into business benefits
- Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
- Passion to evangelize a disruptive new technology
- BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree and MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Operations Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer a large and growing production system
- Interface with the software engineering team for rapid and iterative deployment of cutting-edge software service
- Interface with data center staff to effectively deploy/scale the service
- Build additional software tools where necessary to help manage the system
- Work with the software engineering team to respond to alerts, diagnose and fix production problems
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science or Equivalent (MS/PhD a plus)
- Experience in deploying/managing large web-scale software services
- Deep experience with managing large clusters with Linux/Unix-based servers
- Security and database experience a plus
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in creating software tools for making the most efficient use of your time

Software Engineer
We are looking for candidates that are passionate about solving challenging technical problems while building products that will help millions of websites and Internet users. We are working on a number of challenging Computer Science problems, and we are looking for awesome engineers to join our team.
You will design, implement, and deploy high-performance, scalable systems and algorithms for diagnosing, monitoring, and resolving Internet security threats.Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Equivalent (PhD a plus)
- Experience developing/designing large software systems
- Security and database experience a plus
- Experience in Java, PHP, C, and C++ a plus
- Great analytical and problem solving skills
